Just like my earlier post on a rape charge brought against renowned broadcaster Kwasi Kyei Darkwah, his legal counsel, Ampem Chambers (which I believe cannot keep their mouth shut has been granting several interviews and “running their mouth”) could not secure bail for their client from the Human Rights Court ahead of court hearing tomorrow since prosecutor argues documents were presented just yesterday January 6 2015.
KKD was however missing in court as he is said to be checking on his leg at the Police Hospital. (Maybe another Kwaw Kese move).
KKD has been kept in police custody since his arrest on 27th December, 2014 after a rape charge was was filed against him by a 19 year old girl known as Effe.
KKD has since not denied the sexual act although he reiterates the act was consensual.
