Despite the many controversies surrounding the 16th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, the biggest night on the Ghanaian music calendar was successfully held at the Accra International Centre on Saturday April 11 where patrons were thrilled to awesome performances from Samini, Patoranking, The Composers, Wiyaala, Daddy Lumba, No Tribe and many others.
Among the highlights for the night were throwback performances from TicTac and Tinny who got the crowd yearning for more.
Winners of the unsung category, Dark Suburb were also among the top performers for night. (Watch out for my review of the entire event soon)
Among the biggest winners on the night were Edem, Sarkodie and the newly crowned artist of the year Stonebwoy.
