Award winning Ghanaian music group R2Bees, made up of Paedae and Mugeez has finally laid to settle dust on media reports that the group had parted ways with their longtime manager, Gosmky.

The group which just returned from a musical tour in the UK in an exclusive interview with Giovani Caleb on the “Dryve of ur Lyf” on YFM in Accra disclosed in a subtle way the sacking of their manager.

“We have moved on”, Paedae stated when asked.

An interview that seems the first in a very long while, R2Bees spoke on what the group had been up to and addressed rumours that surfaced early this year that the group had sacked their in house music producer Killbeats who has for the past few months been spotted hanging out with Ghanaian born UK based artist Fuse ODG in London.

Speaking on the alleged sacking of the music producer, Paedae explained Killbeats was and will always be an integral part of the label R2Bees.

Speaking at the bad press the group had suffered for a while, Paedae stated;

“There is no such thing as bad publicity… it is pretty normal for people to report bad about you so when they talking negative about us, we still mute. There is a saying that no news is good news, so we just keep our mouths shut”.

The group which was on the show to promote their latest song “Lobi” produced by Killbeats also announced a big project was already underway to properly push other acts under R2Bees label.
