For days unending, Ghanaians both home and abroad have mourned the gruesome murder of Major Maxwell Mahama who was lynched to death in Denkyira Obuasi while on official duty.
Many, including celebrities condemned the barbaric act on social media and other platforms available to them. They also shared their sympathies with the family and most especially the widow so it came as no surprise when most of them thronged the state house in Accra for the final funeral rites of the late captain who was posthumously promoted to a major.
Among the celebrities present were Nana Ama McBrown, Emelia Brobbey, Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Abeiku Santana, Jackie Appiah and several others.
