American rapper and business mogul, Sean Combs, aka P.Diddy has presented a young Nigerian entrepreneur with a $25K aside other benefits during an entrepreneurship competition held at The Times Center in New York City recently.
Beating 38 teen competitors with their business plan for T&J Soccer, Toheeb Okenla and Jesus Fernandez, from South Holland, Illinois, they were awarded $25,000 each for taking the first place after a private coaching session with P. Diddy.
P. Diddy was specially invited to speak with the participants on how to run their own businesses. He also donated $250K to the NFTE group for supporting teen’s entrepreneurs.
The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) is an organization that empowers teens through entrepreneurship education.
