Undoubtedly the most successful record label in Ghana, award winning artist Richie Mensah’s Lynx Entertainment kept to its track record of producing great musicians and music therefore sweeping a whooping 18 nominations at the 19th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
The 3 artists signed to the label, MzVee, Kidi and Kuami Eugene swapped 6 awards each in various categories making them the talk of town.
With hit singles such as Odo, Angela, Rewind, Say You Love Me, Sing My Name, Bright Light the trio (MzVee, Kidi, Kuami Eugene) grabbed nominations in categories including Highlife song of the year, Female Vocalist of the year, Best Collaboration, Best New Artist, Album of the year, Song of the year and many others.
In contention for the top spot is Nana Appiah Mensah’s Zylofon Music which has its artists including Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, Kumi Guitar and Joyce Blessing as they grabbed 19 nominations in all.

Since its establishment in early 2006, Lynx Entertainment has successfully produced national talents including Asem, Eazzy, OJ Blaq, Zigi, Irene Logan, MzVee, Kidi, Kuami Eugene.
They have also produced hit singles for several Ghanaian artistes including Tinny, Okyeame Kwame, VIP, Praye, Bradez, Irene and Jane, Obour, Becca, Reggie Rockstone, Efya, Trigmatic, Sonni Balli, EL, Jael Wiafe, Ayigbe Edem and Iwan.
