Yes, that’s the exact case of Kwab Kwarteng, Co CEO of one of Kumasi’s biggest and most patronised eateries, Ike’s Cafe and Grill.

Located at the Cultural Centre, Bantama – Kumasi, Ike’s Café & Grill is a year old and as part of checking up on the new hangouts mentioned in our previous article 3 New Hang Outs To Check Out When Visiting Kumasi , we had a chit chat with the Co CEO to find out how the business has fared in the past year.

In this exclusive interview below, Kwab who grew up in the US tells us how he left everything in the country of possibilities to pursue a project his mum had commenced in Kumasi.

He also shares the challenges and success story of Ike’s Café & Grill, a year after it started operations.
