Within the hour of Nipsey Hussle’s “Celebration of Life” memorial service coming to a close, Lauren London shared a photo to Instagram on Thursday (April 11) of her new tattoo commemorating her late partner.
The fresh ink sees a portrait of Nipsey’s face on her arm with the caption, “God Will Rise.”
“Real Love Never Dies. When you see me, you will always see him #LoveYouHussle #TMC,” London wrote, honoring the bond she had with Hussle.
The couple had one child together, Kross Asghedom.
Lauren also shared a heartfelt text message she sent to Nipsey months earlier when speaking at the memorial service Thursday (April 11).
“You’ve been my turn-up and my church. I wouldn’t want to go thru this journey with anyone but you,” she wrote in the text. A somber London refuses to let the devastating loss stop her from completing Nipsey’s mission. “Until we meet again, the marathon continues!” the actress emphatically concluded.
