With barely a month to go for the 2018 BET Awards, Grind Day hit maker Kwesi Arthur has been nominated the Best New International Act, Viewers Choice category.
Great tidings my Ghanaian readers. Ghanaian rap artist and Grind Day hit maker Kwesi Arthur is the latest to secure a BET Nomination at the upcoming awards.
The musician secured a nomination in the Best New International Act, Viewers Choice category.
He was nominated together with Nigerian singer Niniola, South African recording artist Sjava, IamDDB (UK), Take A Mic (France), Sik-K (South Korea), Prince Wally (France), Not3s (UK), MC Soffia (Brazil) and Nailah Blackman (Trinidad and Tobago).
Over the past one year, Kwesi Arthur has shown impressive growth with his career and pulled a huge following to all his concerts. His songs have also been anthems on the lips of many youth across Ghana.

The 2018 BET Awards will take place on Sunday, June 24 this year at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.
Performers already announced include Nicki Minaj, Migos, Janelle Monáe, H.E.R., and Ella Mai.
The awards show will be hosted by Jamie Foxx.
DJ Khaled has six nominations for awards, including Video of the Year, two for Best Collaboration, with Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, and with Jay-Z, Future and Beyoncé, Album of the Year, and Coca-Cola Viewer’s Choice.
Kendrick Lamar follows with five nominations and Migos has four.
Connie Orlando, executive VP and head of programming at BET, will executive produce the awards show, along with Jesse Collins, CEO of Jesse Collins Entertainment.
