Goo Goo Dolls Cancel Remainder of Canadian Tour

The remaining Canadian shows were in Ottawa, Laval, Halifax, and Moncton.

Goo Goo Dolls have been forced to cancel the remainder of their Canadian tour.

After missing their Sault concert on March 30, the band cancelled shows in Oshawa and Hamilton because lead singer John Rzeznik had pneumonia.

They performed in London yesterday, but this morning Goo Goo Dolls shared an update on how Rzeznik was doing.

“Unfortunately, we must cancel the remaining dates on our Canadian tour. John was diagnosed with pneumonia and has not fully recovered,” the band said on social media.

“We are very disappointed and can’t wait to get back to Canada as soon as possible.”

The remaining Canadian shows were for Ottawa, Laval, Halifax, and Moncton.
