Legendary Ghanaian music superstar, Charles Kwadwo Fosu, also known as Daddy Lumba has assured fans of an exhilarating performance at the much-awaited Christmas jam “Event of The Year.”
Contrary to speculations that the legend will not be available for the much-hyped event, Daddy Lumba in a video allayed the fears of many saying;
“On the 25th of December, I’ll spend time with my own at Rattray Park in Kumasi. I know you’ve missed me so I’m planning an exhilarating performance for everyone. Just join us and let’s celebrate the festive season together,” he said.

Scheduled for December 25, 2024, at Rattray Park in Kumasi, the maiden edition of Event of the Year will host other remarkable talents, including BET Award winner Blakk Sherif, the pride from the West, Kofi Kinaata, Wendy Shay, Fameye, and the reigning Best New Artist award at the 25th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA).
