Ghanaian actress and social media personality Rosemond Brown popularly known as Akuapem Poloo has spoken after she was slapped with 90 days or three months sentence by an Accra Circuit Court.
In a short video shared on Instagram, the actress expressed appreciation to all the celebrities for their support during her challenging times.
“I just want to use this opportunity to say thanks to all my legends who supported me. I saw the hashtags. I know you people love me and I love you too… Guys, you know your girl is strong. Sometimes in life you have to pass through some things to make you strong. I know it’s a test. I’m strong…All I need is your prayers.”
She definitely couldn’t finish her video without her popular sign out “E dey pain you.”

Akuapem Poloo was on Wednesday, April 16, 2021, convicted on her own plea by the Circuit Court in Accra after pleading guilty to three charges.
She was charged with the publication of nude pictures with her seven-year-old son. She changed her not guilty plea to guilty before being convicted.
The outspoken actress faced three charges of publication of obscene materials, engaging in domestic violence, conduct that in any way undermines another person’s privacy or integrity and engaging in domestic violence namely conduct that in any way detracts or is likely to detract from another person’s dignity and worth as a human being.
Rosemond who had displayed her naked picture with her son on social media on June 30, 2020 pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
