This year has indeed been a very great one for some music acts across the African continent whose prominence keep soaring and are being awarded for their continued hard work.
From MTV MAMAs, MTV EMAs, BET Awards and AFRIMAs, names like Stonebwoy from Ghana, AKA, Diamond Platnumz, Cassper Nyovest have not been left out and that tells the magnitude of the work these artists have put in their craft in the year under discussion.
Last night the All Africa Music Awards 2015 was held at the Eko Hotels & Suites in Nigerian and below are list of winners and the categories under which they won.
Ghanaian, Stonebwoy continued his dominance as king of African dancehall as he won the dancehall, ragga and reggae artist of the year.
South African rivals AKA and Cassper Nyovest both picked up awards as well with Diamond Platnumz picking the biggest gong on the night, Artist of the Year, Africa.
