Months after specualtions and rumours about the future of young, intelligent and astute sports personality Saddick Adams popularly known as Sports Obama, www.nydjlive.com can confirm that Saddick is on his way to Accra.
In an exclusive interview with www.nydjlive.com, Sports Obama disclosed his time with Abrepo Junction based Angel FM was done and was ready to join Atinka FM in Accra where he has signed a mouthwatering deal.
Although he would not utter a word on the figures on his paycheck, it is worth noting that the presenter who has for the past months won the hearts of several sports enthusiasts in the Garden City and beyond because of his indept analyses on sports issues has signed other TV deals which will make him a more viable force to reckon with.
Perhaps, killing three birds with a move to Accra, Saddick Adams has also signed with Dan Kweku Yeboah’s Captivating Ghana Sports where he will serve as editor to the newspaper.
Speaking to www.nydjlive.com on the delay of his move unlike other personalities like Kwame Adinkrah and Roman Fada, Saddick Adams disclosed he was not in haste and was ready to make things right before any move.
“I was being slow because I had to make sure I don’t fall out with anyone and finally I did that…..My boss has blessed my move so I’m ready to go”.
A graduate from the Institute of Business Management and Journalism (IBMJ) and Sunyani Polytechnic Saddick Adams joined Angel FM in June 2013 after a winning the hearts of many in the Brong Ahafo Region with Suncity FM. He joins Kofi Asare Brako at Atinka FM.
Saddick Adams will in the next few hour release an statement via social media.
