Sonnie Badu, Others To Lead Washington To Worship At The Invasion Concert

Multiple award winning International Gospel singer-songwriter, Founder and Lead Pastor of The Rockhill Church, Atlanta,Georgia – Sonnie Badu and 10 others will on July 6, 2019 lead Washington to worship at the Invasion Concert.

The event which takes place at the Dar Constitution Hall will see a list of other anointed and spirit filled ministers including New Jersey-based gospel singer, songwriter, choir director, and multi-instrumentalist Tye Tribbett, Todd Dulaney, J.J Hairston, Jonathan Nelson, Phil Thompson, Tim Godfrey, Eben, Preye, Joe Praize and first ever Gospel winner of the artist of the year at the Ghana Music Awards, Joe Mettle.

“THE INVASION”, an annual gospel musical concert is not only to geared towards bringing people from all echelons of society to honor God through worship in Spirit but also to create an avenue which through the partnership between the Sonnie Badu Ministries and Seasons will help foster the aspiration to go global with its initiative in reaching out to the diaspora.

“The Seasons Initiative” is an initiative which started as a result of efforts to create an avenue of relief for today’s youth and young adults through inspirational and mental health seminars, concerts, educational reforms, sponsorships and mentoring. It has so far supported 7 young adults from high school through college and has mentored them to be able to give back to others by sharing their stories.

Tickets for the concert are currently selling at $50 for Bronze, $75 for Silver, $100 for Gold, $150 for Diamond and $200 for the Platinum tickets.
