Ghanaian dancehall superstar Shatta Wale has expressed his sincere apologies to YFM Ghana presenter and 2025 Ghana DJ Awards MC/Hypeman of the Year, Kojo Manuel.
The apology comes after a video of an altercation between Shatta Wale’s personal assistant, Abonko, and Kojo Manuel surfaced online following the much-talked-about Tidal Rave, which took place in Accra on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel.
In the said video, Shatta Wale’s personal assistant is seen heckling the MC and directing him to leave the stage after introducing the artist.

Shatta Wale also appreciated Kojo Manuel for the beautiful introduction he did of him and also advised him to know when to make way for his performance.
In a post on X, Shatta Wale wrote,
