After several weeks of extraordinary performance and tight competition, Kumasi based upcoming musician Ryan beat all competition from Budda, Kelvin and Marion in this year’s edition of the Vodafone Icons to win the ultimate prize package valued at GHC 250,000.
The prize package includes a brand new Kia Sportage, Samsung products and a recording contract with one of the world’s biggest record label, Universal Music.
The live recording of the grand finale of Vodafone Icons – Street Edition took place at the National Theatre on Thursday, September 5 where Kwaw walked on stage to interrupt the announcement of the winner Ryan forcing South African Idols Judge and Universal Music executive, Randall Abrahams and Vodafone’s Uche Ofodile to leave the stage with the prize for the eventual winner.
