International Afrobeats and dancehall music group R2Bees successfully launched their sophomore album Refuse to be Broke “Da Revolution II” at the Silver Lounge Accra Shopping Mall on Easter Friday March 29th 2013. The event was graced by fellow Tema based musicians Sarkodie, Criss Waddle, Nana Boro and others such as 4×4.
The 19-track album features already released hit tracks such as ‘Ajeii’, ‘Life (Walaahi)’, ‘Odo’ and ‘Bayla Trap’ and currently released Alright with collaborations with Sheriffa Gunu, Tinchy Strider, Sarkodie, Davido, Wizkid and Voicemail from Jamaica.
The group is yet to embark on their nationwide tour and international tours across Africa, UK and USA.
The event was well attended by the press, radio DJs and radio presenters.
