As part of calendar activities for 2131CampusClubs, one of Ghana’s fastest growing youthful brands, the organization today celebrates the Global LCFI Day with a primary focus on condemning acts of terrorism and how it affects specifically the student population.
Explaining the choice of terrorism as a primary focus, founder of the 2131CampusClubs, Jay Foley disclosed the current and rampant acts of terrorism worldwide called for serious intervention and since young people were caught up in the crossfire of terrorism through no fault of theirs, the bigger concern was to get the youth to denounce all acts of terrorism through a social media campaign.
He stated the aim of the campaign was to draw international awareness to the effects of terrorism on the growth and education of students and hope international bodies may act on it. The organization intends reaching an estimated 50million people via social media.
Students-members of 2131CAMPUS all over Ghana will post on social media, photos with placards saying PEACE IN AFRICA. #LCFI.
LCFI is an abbreviation for LEAD CHALLENGE OR FORGET…
