Set in a glamorous location in Kumasi, “Odo”, based on a true life story of a young woman (Ama) who would not want to love because of the memories of her childhood experience of rape.
However, as a mother will go to all extents to keep the happiness of her daughter, Madam Grace (Kyeiwaa), mother of Ama employs the services of a young handsome artist (designer) , Lee to gradually woo the daughter and make her fall in love.
Would Ama gradually leave the shadows behind? Can she really love truly? Would Lee follow the dictates of the contract?
With lead characters such as Akua Ataa Kyeiwaa, Tracey Boakye and Samuel Ofori, “Odo Parts 1&2” is said to raise the standards of movies produced in Kumasi as many of them have recently been lambasted unnecessary story lines.
Odo was directed by Samuel Ofori and produced by Leon Appiah
“Odo Parts 1&2” is set for release in the first week of March.
