Corinne Foxx, daughter of Hollywood star Jamie Foxx is sad about media reports that suggest the family is preparing for the worst.
She had first announced on April 12 that her dad had suffered a “medical complication” the day prior while shooting the Netflix film Back in Action in Atlanta but was on the road to recovery following quick action and great care.
In a fresh new update posted to her Instagram story on Friday, May 12, 2023, the 29-year-old revealed her dad had been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating.
According to her, the dad was “in fact playing pickleball yesterday!”
She also announced the family had an exciting work announcement to be made in the coming week.
“Update from the family: Sad to see how the media runs wild,” Corinne Foxx wrote Friday in a note on her Instagram Stories. “My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating. In fact, he was playing pickleball yesterday! Thanks for everyone’s prayers and support!”
