The Headies 2020, a Nigerian music award show held to recognize outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry is currently underway.
Unlike previous years, The Headies 2020 is being held virtually due to the deadly covid-19. Although pre-recorded, the awards celebration will still have bits and pieces of live performances.
In high contention for the Next Rated is Tems, Omah Lay, Oxlade and Bella Shmurda.
Ghanaian stars Kuami Eugene, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy are also competing in the Best African Recognition category.
