Kuami Eugene Vows To Kick Out Foreign Music From Ghana By December

Multi-award-winning Ghanaian music star Kuami Eugene has vowed to kick out foreign music content that has dominated the Ghanaian space for a pretty long time by December.

The Rockstar who has been silent for while (obviously in the studio cooking) made this known when he responded to a tweep who blamed his hiatus as the cause of the dominance of Nigerian music in Ghana.

The tweep only known by the name KaMa_Sly said;

Ghana music industry is gradually going down again & Nigeria music is gaining grounds coz of TikTok & Kuami Eugene has stopped dropping bangers. I’m not one of his cult fans but boy has held the industry in recent times & it’s a Fact. @KuamiEugene we beg drop something & save GH”

In a response, Kuami Eugene revealed he had been silently working on new materials which will eventually flood the Ghanaian music space so much that there wouldn’t be any room for foreign content.

He however issued a caveat saying that would only be possible if Ghanaians don’t fight it as usual.

“That’s the main reason why I’ve been quiet for some time now. Give me now till December. I will flood the system so bad, there will be no room for Foreign music. That’s if our very own people don’t fight it as Usual.” he wrote.

With several hit singles to his credit, Kuami Eugene has been extremely phenomenal in his music journey. He is signed to Lynx Entertainment which also houses the Golden Boy, KiDi.
