Amidst all the controversy and talk surrounding Ghanaian international footballer Jordan Ayew, he got his head up high by scoring an injury-time winner as Ghana beat Congo Brazzaville 3-2 in an international friendly in Brazzaville.
The Black Stars took the lead through Harrison Afful and Richmond Boakye-Yiadom but two goals from Congo leveled the match in the second.
The Aston Villa forward, who was a second half substitute, scored in injury time to hand Ghana the win ahead of their second AFCON 2017 qualifier on Saturday against Rwanda in Kigali.
