Janet Jackson is the next confirmed headliner for Glastonbury Festival 2019, The Daily Mail reports.
According to a Glastonbury insider, “Janet is relaunching her career in a major way this year and thought this would be the perfect opportunity.
They continued:
“She has never performed at Glastonbury, but she knows what a massive deal it is. It is looking like she will perform on the Sunday but her exact slot is to be confirmed. Organisers are still booking acts and arranging the schedule, but she is really excited to be back.”
If true, Jackson will join previously confirmed headliners and performers, MOBO Award winner Stormzy, Kylie Minogue and Janelle Monae. Glastonbury Festival is set to take place from June 26-30 2019, with all tickets now sold out (upcoming April re-sale will be your last chance).
