For many who wished Ghanaian musician and half of second placed X-Factor contestants Reggie of Reggie N Bollie would keep mute on the alleged cheating rumours, I’m sorry, the musician has finally manned up and accepted responsibilities for what he did.
In as much as he describes his action as a ‘silly mistake’, he also states that some parts of the leaked audios were fabricated.
Reginald Kojo Ainooson known widely as Reggie made this known in an interview on Peace FM’s “Entertainment Review”.
Read a transcript of portions of the interview.
“It was a silly mistake on my part and I will say that it was something that the fame that we got, those are some of the things that came with it. Most of the stories that were put out there wasn’t really true, some of the audio tapes that were released were all lies.
They were well edited audios but at the end of the day, we learnt from it and I thank God that I didn’t get into any intimate relationship with her and I didn’t do anything physical with that particular woman.
I have learnt my lessons from it and we’ve moved on. Luckily enough, we’ve got very supportive wives who are always behind us so we are fine and we are really happy.”
Asked if the scandal had in any way affected the group, the Engaged hit maker said everything was perfect with the group.
“We are fine and we are doing great everything is going on perfectly.”
