CEO of Rufftown Records, Ricky Nana Agyemang, also known as Bullet has revealed investing in a pig farm would have been more profitable to him than in some of the male talents he worked with.
Noted for working with female artists including the late Ebony Reigns and Wendy Shay, Bullet made this shocking statement when he revealed a new talent, Baba Tundey, as his first male signed.
Speaking with Nana Romeo on Accra FM, Bullet explained why he described Baba Tundey as his first-ever signed male artist.
“He is my first-ever signed male artist. People were surprised to hear me say that because they saw Brella, Ray James, and Danny Beatz with me. Of course, I’ve invested in male artists and showed them the craft but never signed any of them,” he said.
According to Bullet, he never signed any of them because they had no good character, messed up and were ungrateful beings.
“Apart from talent, I sign character. All the people I brought closer messed up. Very ungrateful beings. I never signed any of them (Brella, Ray James, Danny Beatz) but they were around. I’m sure I would have had plenty of pig farms if I had invested that money in that sector,” he said.
Bullet is revered as one of the most hardworking talent managers in Ghana.
