The maiden edition of the Glo X-Factor which is tipped to produce much excitement and springboard many talented musicians already lived up to its bidding as the Garden City of the Ashanti Region, Kumasi, the first center of auditioning in Ghana recorded high turnout.
The auditioning process which started early Saturday morning run till late Sunday evening May 5th 2013 where talented individuals were selected after several rounds to join another process of auditioning in Accra during which representatives would be selected for the grand event in Nigeria.
Speaking on the turnout and talents selected for the next process, a member of the Public Relations team, Carl Raccah in an interview with www.nydjlive.com expressed satisfaction at the level of performance of the contestants that auditioned and the tough times they gave the judges at arriving at the selected participants.
The X-Factor audition train moves to Accra on the 12th and 13th of May 2013 where talented contestants would be screened at the Alisa Hotel, North Ridge.
Winner of the Glo X-Factor takes a prize money of $150,000 and a Sony Music recording contract.
