Barely a month after establishing in the Garden City of the Ashanti Region, the official frequency for the young and the young at heart, Y102.5FM Kumasi has rewarded four (4) of its most vibrant social media campaigners.
In a competition aimed at strengthening the station’s social media presence and engaging listeners via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, listeners as part of rules were expected to change their Avatars, profile pictures etc and to stay active and interactive on the station’s platforms until they were spotted.
In a presentation on Wednesday November 13 2014 at the station’s premises in Kumasi, Mr. Eric Adu, administrative manager, expressed appreciation to the winners and asked them to keep spreading word about the station that keeps them yearning for more.
Among prizes won were mobile phones, Multi TV decoders and other branded souvenirs from Y102.5FM including caps, pens and notepads.
Y102.5FM has for the past few weeks established itself as the most preferred urban radio station with it’s unique line of programmes and talented on air personalities.
