African Games 2023: Stonebwoy, Wiyaala, Stanley Enow, Others Lined Up For Closing Ceremony

The Organizing Committee of the African Games 2023 has announced a lineup of performers for the closing ceremony of this year’s events.

The performers include a host of artists from around the continent including multiple award-winning Ghanaian Afro dancehall artist Stonebwoy, Wiyaala (Ghana), Stanley Enow (Cameroon), Innoss’b (Democratic Republic of Congo) and Emma’a (Gabon).

The event will occur at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Saturday, March 23, 2024.

The African Games 2023 which has so far been successful commenced on Friday, March 8, 2024, with opening performances from legendary Ghanaian music stars Ebo Taylor and Pat Thomas, Shatta Wale, King Promise and South African singer and dancer Kamo Mphela.

The 13th edition of the African Games has witnessed days of exciting contests of brain and brawn by 5000 elite athletes and coaches from fifty-five African countries in twenty-nine selected sports codes.

The 13th edition of the African Games will be an official qualifier for the XXXIII Olympic Games Paris 2024.
