Ghanaian rap artist Teephlow has taken a swipe at colleague musician Guru for what he describes as karma for denying him ‘a shine’ some years back.
In a tweet spotted by Ghana’s Hub For Pop Culture & Urban Entertainment News – www.nydjlive.com, Teephlow accused Guru of robbing him “of a simple chance to shine when the new Akaida dance wave came in.”
Responding to a tweet by Guru admonishing Kuami Eugene to tread cautiously in his career, Teephlow wrote;
“With all those hits u still robbed a brother of a simple chance to shine when the new akaida dance wave came! U swore u never knew of my song and even claimed u created the wave. Today udey stress over collabo. Smh. Karma is indeed a crazy dog.”

In 2013, both artists released songs titled Alkayida with Guru’s single turning out to be a monster hit.
Guru and Kuami Eugene have been the news recently for what the former described as disrespect after turning down a request for a feature.
