Ghanaian actress Akuapem Poloo has broken her silence after a birthday photograph of herself and the son went viral.
The actress on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, posted a photograph of herself in her birthday suit with the seven-year-old son in a short.
The photograph did not sit well with so many people who called her out on social media and asked that she is sanctioned for going that way.
The calls got heightened when a child right activist petitioned the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service stating that they deemed Akuapem Poloo’s act as a violation of Welfare principle of the Children’s ACT and abuse of the child’s right to privacy and dignity.
