If you are one of many (like myself) who can’t wait for Season 2 of hit series Empire which drops on September 23, then you may have to console yourself with a new teaser from Season 2 as released by Fox.
In the 30-second promo, fans get to see Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) in a cage before visiting her ex-husband Lucious (Terrence Howard) in jail.
Meanwhile, Jamal (Jussie Smollett) performs for a massive crowd in front of a huge sign that reads, “#freelucious.” The video also teases appearance of Anika (Grace Gealey).
The upcoming installment of the hit series promises “new music, new money, new power”.
