King of the Streets, Emmanuel Botchway popularly known as Kwaw Kese has revealed he intends celebrating this year’s Valentine’s Day, 14th February, with inmates of the Kumasi Central Prisons where he was kept for a period of time during his arrest in Kumasi for allegedly smoking Indian Hemp.
