Solicitors for Nigerian musician Tuface Idibia have given Brymo a 48-hour ultimatum to withdraw and apologise via his social media platforms statements made against their client.
In a letter dated October 6, 2021, Creative Legal, solicitors of Tuface Idibia stated that Brymo’s publications on Twitter that their client ‘falsely accused him of sleeping with his wife,” and that he “was responsible for the attack” for supposedly bedding his wife amongst such other similar false allegations have been brought to our Client’s notice.
According to the solicitors, the baseless and false allegations have caused unspeakable distress to Tuface Idibia and his family and also caused his estimation to be lowered in the estimation of his friends, business associates and wider members of the public, and further caused him significant loss of business.
Brymo has since been given a 48-hour ultimatum to withdraw the accusations and apologise or face a legal suit.
