The 7th edition of the MTN 4Syte TV Music Video Awards (MVA) came off last night (Nov 14) at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC). Despite a very late start, the awards ceremony saw some amazing performances from Kiss Daniel, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, R2bees, Keche and others.
The most talked about moment on the night was when Shatta Wale joined Stonebwoy on stage during the latter’s acceptance speech.
The event saw beautiful Joselyn Dumas and John as MCs for the night.
Winners included Sarkodie, EL, Pappy Kojo, Stonebwoy and many others.
The event was also graced with the presence of legendary Nigerian musician 2Face Idibia.

Best Collaboration Video – Sarkodie ft Burna Boy, AKA (Someone Special) Best Higlife Video – Kwaw Kese (Swedru) Best Directed Video – Stonebwoy (Pull Up Remix) Most Influential Artist – Stonebwoy Life Time Achievement Award went to Mr Tetteh. The awards ceremony just like many others has received some serious condemnation by people who believe the award were unfair and a total waste of time.

The show however ended without the Best Gospel Video winner being announced since almost everybody had left the auditorium.
