A number of Ghanaians including major blog sites were ‘fooled ‘into thinking actor John Dumelo has gotten engaged to his ‘mysterious’ girlfriend after he shared a picture on Instagram.
The actor on Sunday January 21 2018 shared a picture on Instagram with the caption “She said yes!!! 😍”.
Just like wildfire, thousands of followers left congratulatory messages on the picture as a number of blogs also picked it up sharing the news of supposed engagement.
However, we gather the picture was from former franchise owner of Ghana Movie Awards, Fred Nuamah who got engaged to his girlfriend Martekor Quaye on board a flight to Liberia.
Apparently, the proposal happened in a flight carrying a number of Ghanaian actors and actresses including John Dumelo, Van Vicker, Jackie Appiah and others to the inauguration ceremony of Liberia’s new president George Weah.
John Dumelo has since shared a video of the entire activity as it went down in the flight.
