Reliable information available to Ghana’s Hub For Pop Culture And Urban Culture – www.nydjlive.com indicates that veteran broadcast journalist formerly with Kapital Radio, Yaw Adusi Poku well known as Wofa Adusi is dead.
The sad news came in morning of Friday August 11 2017.
Wofa Adusi Poku was well known for his vast knowledge in the Akan language, culture, history and folktales.
In the late 90’s and early 2000’s, Wofa Adusi Poku was the voice many would not miss on radio.
Former colleagues and other radio personalities have taken to social media to mourn the veteran for his contribution to broadcast journalism.
His former radio stations, Kapital Radio and Kessben FM have spent some moments eulogizing the dearly departed.
Cause of death is immediately unknown.
