A tribute concert for the late Mohammed Hafiz Dema Naa, the former Entertainment Chief of the Dakpema Palace has been called off, Ghana’s Hub For Pop Culture & Entertainment News – www.nydjlive.com can confirm.
This comes up barely hours after the organizers, Alliance For Northern Entertainers announced the event.
No official reason has been communicated but Ghana’s Hub For Pop Culture & Entertainment News – www.nydjlive.com gathers, the news of a tribute concert was treated with disdain among people in the Northern Region of Ghana as many believed it was simply out of place.
The concert which had several artists billed was to take place at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, Tamale on Sunday, November 25, 2018.
