Spreading Love Foundation Gifts Motherly Love Orphanage Home With TV Sets, Deep Freezer Worth Over 10,000 Cedis
Spreading Love Foundation, a non-governmental organization has gifted the Motherly Love Orphanage Home located at Kwabenya in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, a deep freezer and television sets worth over GHC10,000.
The donation which took place on Saturday, April 8, 2023, forms a part of the foundation’s dedication to putting smiles on the faces of the less privileged in society.
Aside from the donation, the Spreading Love Foundation also organized a mini party where they dined and interacted with children at the facility.
Speaking during the donation, Mr David Anokye revealed the donation was just the beginning of a long-term relationship with the facility.
He revealed that the Television sets were purposely to help the children with their learning and entertainment whereas the deep freezer was to help them store their food items.
Receiving the items on behalf of the children, Rev. John Azumah, the founder of Motherly Love Orphanage Home expressed gratitude for the gesture.
“We want to say a big thank you to Spreading Love Foundation for putting a smile on the faces of the children, for your wonderful donation, the freezer, and the TVs. These are things the children need most to entertain them and give them joy,” he said.
He also called on other donors to lend support to them in the upkeep of the children.
