Many a times, Ghanaian celebrities have gone silent on their ambassadorial deals and contracts with corporate institutions only to later cry for public sympathy when things turn sour but Tema based music group R2Bees made of Mugeez and Paedae have openly explained their ambassadorial deal with Star beer.
The group which appeared on Gh One’s E Talk with Amanda Jissih explained their contract with Star Beer, one of Ghana’s most patronized beer products was only for a year although it could be extended should the company find it necessary. The group would however not delve into details as to the terms, how much they were making out of the contract and other benefits.
Paedae who spoke on the issue disclosed the company shared in their (R2Bees) ideals, hustle and ability to represent the less privileged in society hence their association.
The group recently returned from Liberia and have released a video to their new single Killing Me Softly which is enjoying massive airplay. They have also been nominated in the upcoming Ghana Music Awards as well as MTV MAMA’s.
