Just when YFM’s Caroline Sampson was spotted at the Channel O Music Video Awards held over the weekend in South Africa in an all white simple outfit, South African singer and actress Pam Andrews turned heads around in a clear see through dress.
Pam Andrews is best known as a member of the 101, the group that won the first season of the reality television competition Popstars, in 2002.
This dress somehow looks familiar as other foreign celebrities have been spotted in a similar outfit.
