Renowned award winning artiste King Ayisoba finally hosted the “Batakari Night” Concert at Alliance Française on January 30, 2015.
Clad in different colours of Batakari, King Ayisoba and other renowned artists thrilled hundreds of patrons.
The extraordinary concert was a part of a current campaign initiated by the Kologo artist trail for more people to patronize batakari from northern Ghana.
Also referred to as fugu, batakari is made of hand loomed strips of cotton.
