MzVee, Cassper Nyovest, Eddy Kenzo, Others Nominated For BET’s ‘Viewer’s Choice Best NEW International Artist’ Award
Ghana’s Lynx Entertainment female act from MzVee has been nominated in the Viewer’s Choice Best NEW International Artist of the BET Awards.
The dancehall act who has over the past few years solidified her position in the Ghanaian music scene as a force to reckon with comes up against stiff competition from South Africa’s Cassper Nyovest, Uganda’s Eddy Kenzo, the United Kingdom’s MIC Lowry, George the Poet and Novelist.
The Best New International Artist Viewers’ Choice Award is a new category added to the already existing categories.
In May 2015, BET announced the various nominees for this year’s awards which included Ghana’s Stonebwoy, Sarkodie and Fuse ODG.
