The Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGHA) has cancelled the intended prayer vigil which was to be held for musician Castro who is said to have gone missing after a jet ski on the Ada rivers.
The prayer vigil which was supposed to be held in Ada today would have marked exactly one week since the alleged drowning incidence but according to Ahuma Bosco, administrative manager of MUSIGHA who makes this known to www.nydjlive.com, the decision was arrived at per the request of the musicia’s family.
Since the said drowning incidence, several attempts to find the body of Castro and a female friend named as Janet Bandu have proved futile.
