Music duo Balloon drops new single ‘Rumour’; cites Nana Aba Anamoah as HIV patient


Kumasi based afro pop music duo Balloon is in for another trouble as they have dropped yet another controversial song titled “Rumour”.

As the title of the song implies, the afro pop duo artistically crafts a song around bits of rumour that circulated in the Ghanaian media and are yet to be substantiated. If you have not heard the latest rumour in town, pay attention to this page as you might have been mentioned.

Rumours surrounding politicians, media personlaities, pastors, civil service personalities were all mentioned in the song, some of which you might have heard already or are yet to hear but the song will definitely get you on the dancefloor although you would also love to listen to every line of the song.

The group cites TV3’s news presenter and host of Diva’s Show as an HIV AIDS patients, states that the vice president of the republic of Ghana is gay amoong many rumours.

Treating the issues lightly in the song, the duo however gives a discretion as they have asked listeners to treat the content of the song as rumour as they are were unsubstantiated news being peddled around.
