Host of Kumasi based Kapital Radio’s flagship morning show, Kojo Bimpong Marfo has just confirmed to www.nydjlive.com that he has called it quits with the network, barely two years after returning from his stint with Abrebo Junction based Angel FM.
The cool, calm and collected broadcaster who tendered in his resignation two months ago had since remained on the low until he recently joined Kwabena Duffour and Bola Ray’s EIB owned Ultimate FM as a panelist.
The move therefore triggered a lot of speculations as to where his possible next move will be but according to the presenter who spoke to nydjlive, he remains a freelance journalist at the moment and will possibly take up a new appointment in the next two months.
Asked if he would remain with radio or take on a political appointment as he has been linked to political parties on several occasions, the presenter laughed and disclosed, he would be back on radio soon.
Kapital Radio has for the past few months lost some of its finest presenters including Nathaniel Abankwah, Benjamin Yamoah, Collins Atta Poku and many others to the radio transfer market but as it is often said, soldier go, soldier come.
Keep faith with us as we bring you up to speed with Kojo Marfo’s next move.
