Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have purchased a $20 million mega-mansion in Hidden Hills, California. The lavish estate is just 5 minutes away from Kris Jenner’s house, where the celebrity couple is currently living.
The 3.5-acre mansion has a massive entertainment pavilion, eight bedrooms, a vineyard and two swimming pools, with one pool having a slide for baby North. The master suit has its own gym, steam room, sauna and private patio with spa. Real estate people in the area call it “the jewel of Hidden Hills.”
The estate has a musical history as it was once owned by Lisa Marie Presley. A source told TMZ that Kim had been telling people it’s “her dream home.” For months, she and Kanye have been going back and forth from Kris’ house to check out the house on Vespas.
The stars have been living at Kris’ house since their Bel-Air home underwent a massive renovation. After purchasing their Bel-Air mansion in 2013 for $11 million, the pair tore it down with the intention to build a massive Italian-style villa with a gym, movie theater, bowling alley, as well as hair and makeup salon. After dealing with the never-ending construction, the newlyweds decided to sell the property.
