Just weeks after media reports that there could be a rift or some form of hatred between former members of Akyeame, Okyeame Kwame and Quophi Okyeame, the latter has denied any such news and stated he’s never hated and will never hate his brother. 
Although Okyeame Kwame has refused to comment on a statement made by Quophi Okyeame that suggests he never had enough writing abilities when they together as a group, a new twist was reported by a cross section of the media suggests the two were on a hate journey since they were not friends on social networking site Facebook, something Quophi Okyeame believes it’s very petty.
Expressing his opinion on Facebook, he stated;
Why would I hate my brother Okyeame Kwame and claim I love Jesus. Oh Ghana.He is not my Facebook friend and that’s my crime? Lol
Formerly known as Okyeame Quophi, he now plies under the showbiz name Quophi Okyeame and is into multimedia production. He is is the CEO of Emklan and married to TV hostess Stacey Amoateng.
