Glo has today dropped many of its Nollywood ambassadors but four people – Chioma Chukwuka, Ini Edo, Funke Akindele and Desmond Elliot according to Linda Ikeji. As the four remain Glo ambassadors for now, the list of celebrities dropped as ambassadors seem surprising as Ramsey Noah, Rita Dominic, Mike Ezuruonye, Monalisa Chinda, Nonso Diobi, Uche Jombo, Odunlade Adekola have been dropped.
Information gathered indicates that the dropped celebrities have been asked to contact the legal department of Globacom to pick letters terminating their contract with the telecoms company.
It is yet unknown why these Nigerian celebrities were dropped by the communications giant.
